Residents of Country Creek, whether owners or tenants, pay a premium to live (and park) within the community and enjoy the benefits of our great location next to the Vienna Metro and backing to Nottoway Park.

Each town home has two numbered reserved spaces. Any car parked within Country Creek property must display a current Country Creek parking decal. Each owner is provided with two visitor parking tags. Visitor parking tags must be used to park in the visitor parking spaces. Your two (2) visitors’ parking tags should be HUNG FROM THE REAR VIEW MIRROR of visitors’ cars. The visitor parking spaces are for visitors only.

If you reside on Kelly Square or Scotch Haven Drive, you are also eligible for a Fairfax County District 4 resident parking sticker for your car. This sticker will authorize you to park your vehicle on Vaden Street at any time — provided you are in a designated parking zone on Vaden. Please contact Fairfax County for more information.

To protect our resident’s valuable parking rights the CCA Board has contracted with Dominion Towing. Any vehicles parked in the Country Creek visitor spaces without current tags may be towed at any time. Additionally, please note that vehicles parked in either an assigned and numbered parking space or a visitor parking “V” space must be currently licensed so that they can be lawfully operated in the State of Virginia and must be in operating condition.

If your car or your visitor’s car is towed, please call Dominion Towing (703-339-2400). Their storage lot is located at 2810 Juniper Street Fairfax, VA 22031. Dominion Towing accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, or debit.  In order to pay with a credit card or debit card, your vehicle registration must match the name on the card.
