Architectural Control
All of the standards prescribed in the Architectural Control guidelines and CCA’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Covenants) are adopted for the purpose of:
- Maintaining architectural harmony and beauty,
- Preservation of a safe, healthy environment, and
- Maintenance and improvement of property values.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) includes residents of the Association. The ACC is also responsible for updating the ACC guidelines as necessary. Complete exterior modification requests should be sent through Sequoia Management. The exterior modification application can be downloaded here.
