Residents of Country Creek pay a premium to live and park within the community and enjoy the benefits of our great location next to the Vienna Metro and Nottoway Park. To reserve Country Creek’s parking for its residents and visitors, the community has adopted the following parking regulations: 

Residents: Each town home has two numbered reserved spaces. Residents no longer need to display a parking sticker while using their own reserved spaces. But residents may not use any other home’s reserved spaces without their knowledge and permission, and residents may not use an old parking sticker as permission to park in a visitor’s spot. 

If you reside on Kelly Square or Scotch Haven Drive, you are also eligible for a Fairfax County District 4 resident parking sticker for your car. This sticker will authorize you to park your vehicle on Vaden Street at any time — provided you are in a designated parking zone on Vaden. Please contact Fairfax County for more information.

Visitors: Each owner is provided with two green parking hangtags to lend to visitors. Visitor parking tags must be used by every car that parks in the visitor parking spaces. Visitor’s parking tags should be HUNG FROM THE REAR VIEW MIRROR of visitors’ cars. The visitor parking spaces are for visitors only.

To protect our residents’ valuable parking rights the CCA Board has contracted with Dominion Towing. Any vehicles parked in the Country Creek visitor spaces without visitor tags may be towed at any time. Residents whose numbered spaces are used without their permission are free to call Dominion Towing to clear their space(s). Additionally, vehicles parked in either an assigned and numbered parking space or a visitor parking “V” space must be currently registered/licensed so that they can be lawfully operated in the State of Virginia and must be in operating condition.

If your car or your visitor’s car is towed, please call Dominion Towing (703-339-2400). Their storage lot is located at 2810 Juniper Street Fairfax, VA 22031. Dominion Towing accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, or debit.  To pay with a credit card or debit card, your vehicle registration must match the name on the card.
