When windy days coincide with trash and recycling pickup days, it can cause any unsecured or loosely secured items to easily blow around, especially recycling items as those cannot go in plastic bags and are easier to become loose, creating an ugly mess around the neighborhood. Please consider the weather when placing your bins out and make sure your items are extra-secure. And, if you happen to see some items on the ground from another neighbor's bin, please do a friendly service and pick up what you can - it benefits everyone and keeps the neighborhood looking clean and nice.
