Country Creek HOA Rescheduled: Street Sweeping/Parking Lot Cleanup

Hello Country Creek, Due to the continued rains earlier this week, the street sweeping and parking lot cleanup that was supposed to take place Tuesday and Wednesday has been rescheduled for next week. The updates are as follows: <ul> <li>Monday, June 1st: Sutton Oaks Lane, Village Spring Lane, Shawn Leigh Drive</li> <li>Tuesday, June 2nd: Masterworks Drive, Scotch Haven Lane, Kelly Square</li> </ul> As before, we ask that you please relocate your vehicle off your street on the day it is scheduled to be cleaned. The crews will begin at 7:30am and expect to be done by 2pm, at which point you may return your vehicle to your parking space. The attached map is updated with the new dates as well. Country Creek HOA Street Sweeping/Parking Lot Clean-Up

Hello Country Creek, Next week, Shenandoah Landscaping will be performing a street sweeping and parking lot clean-up in the community. The work will be split between Tuesday, May 26th (Masterworks Drive, Scotch Haven Drive, and Kelly Square) and Wednesday, May 27 (Sutton Oaks Lane, Village Spring Lane, Motley Lane, Shawn Leigh Drive). A map showing this breakdown is attached as well. The process involves using blowers to move sand and debris from curb areas and corners into the drive lane. A sweeper then collects the debris and loads it into a truck for proper disposal. It is recommended that vehicles be moved, whenever possible, to allow for a more thorough cleaning. However, Shenandoah has noted they can work carefully around parked cars to clear curbs and parking spaces. If you have specific concerns about your vehicles, you may wish to move them while work is being performed on your street. We will temporarily suspend towing enforcement in visitor parking spaces on those days in order to accommodate keeping your vehicle parked in the community. Country Creek HOA Important Tree Work: Week of 5/11 - 5/14

Dear Country Creek Residents, The Association will be performing some tree maintenance next week, May 11 – May 15. There are a number of owners whose reserved parking spots will need to be vacant on the day the tree(s) nearest their spot(s) are being worked on, and we will be reaching out to as many individual owners as we can to notify them of this. There are only a few visitor spots that will be impacted, so we ask that you please do not park in those on the appropriate day. A map showing the locations of the trees being worked on is attached, and the schedule with the specific tree numbers and the day of service is below. Each tree listed is tagged with a blue ribbon to identify it. Country Creek HOA Recent Vehicle Break-Ins

Hello Country Creek,   Over the weekend, it was reported by two owners that they had their vehicles broken into overnight on Friday. Thankfully nothing of significance or value was taken, however in both instances the doors were left unlocked, so the perpetrators were seeking easy opportunities. Both owners reside on Kelly Square and have asked if anyone on that street has any doorbell or other security camera footage that might be useful to the police, to please reach out to Management (cmurray@PROTECTED). Country Creek HOA Mowing beginning soon

Hello neighbors, Country Creek's landscape service will begin its seasonal mowing visits around April 6 and come every 7-10 days during the growing season, weather permitting. Below is some helpful information shared from the landscape company about what to expect and what you can do to support the process.  Thanks! Country Creek HOA Board THE PROCESS OF MOWING Mowing services typically begin in early April and conclude at the end of October.  Mowing service is scheduled on a 7–10 days basis or weekly (as determined by contract).  With the exception of periods of either extremely wet or extremely dry weather, service can be expected to be performed within the contracted schedule. The mowing service includes mechanical edging of sidewalks and curbs with every other mowing cycle.  String trimming around obstacles such as sign and light posts, bed edges and other areas that mowers cannot reach is also included with mowing services. Mowing, edging and string trimming are all completed in the same visit.  These services may be performed simultaneously or in succession in each area, though it is likely that there will be a period of time between when mowers, edgers and string trimmers pass through each area. The final task performed by the mowing crew is blowing the clippings from the sidewalks and curb areas.  All of the services involve use of noisy equipment as well as the use of hearing and eye protection for the crew.  Workers make every effort to be aware of their surroundings and watch for people that may be in the area where they are working.  Even so, it is a good idea to make sure that they are aware of you if you must enter an area that is being serviced.  The workers will gladly pause their work to allow you to get past them. Some other things that clients can do to make the service to their community more successful are: <ul type="disc"> <li>Place trash bags and cans in the curb area rather than on the parking lot islands.</li> <li>Avoid parking vehicles over the curbs.</li> <li>Pick up after pets.</li> <li>Protect HVAC units, downspout drains and siding by creating a perimeter of mulch or stone.</li> <li>Avoid areas where work is being performed.</li> <li>Avoid leaving personal items (chairs, toys, grills) in the common areas.</li> <li>Report any concerns to the property manager – do not communicate with the crew.</li> </ul>
