It is that time of year again for the annual membership meeting and elections. This year, the annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the John C. Scott Community Center at 7pm.

 

There are three Board positions up for election, each with a three-year term, and candidates are now being solicited.

 

Only Members (Owners) of Country Creek are eligible to join the Board; tenants are exempt. Additionally, your assessment payments must be current and you should have a sincere interest in serving your community.

 

The meeting notice and nomination form are both attached to this email, and are also available on the CINC Webaxis homeowner portal here: https://sequoia.cincwebaxis.com (under Documents/Nomination Form). The form is fillable, meaning you can type directly onto the form without the need to print it and then send it to us as an email attachment.

 

Nomination forms are due back to Management no later than Friday, October 31, 2025. Biographies of the nominees will be distributed at the annual meeting.
