Country Creek HOA Common Area Usage - Storage of Items

Residents of Country Creek,

Over the last few months, Management and the Board of Directors have witnessed an increasing number of items being stored on common area.  Members of Country Creek Association are permitted to use the common area, but are not permitted to use common area as personal storage.  This means that all items that are being used on the common areas must be removed once they are no longer being actively used.  Addtionally, any item being stored outside of the rear fence is considered to be on common area.  A few of the most common examples are:

    Trash Cans
    • Trash cans are permitted to be placed on common areas for collection, unless otherwise noted.  Once the trash has been collected, all trash cans must be stored out of view on your property.
  • Toys and bikes
    • Toys that do not damage the grassy areas are permitted to be used on the common areas, but they should be removed and stored out of sight once they are no longer being used.  When not in use, bikes should be stored out of view at all times.
  • Swings
    • There are a few rope swings throughout the neighborhood that are secured to common area trees.  Common area trees should never be used for climbing or swinging, as doing so could damage limbs or the overall health of the tree.
  • General Debris
    • Several homes are storing lumber, outdoor furniture, plants, etc outside of the rear fence.  The area outside of the fence is considered common area and these items must be discarded or stored out of view within the property lines.
  • Bird Feeders
    • Bird feeders are prohibited in Country Creek.  Bird seed attracts rodents and other unwanted pests and should not be installed within your property or common area.

We thank you for respecting the rules and regulations of Country Creek.  With everyone's cooperation, Country Creek will continue to be a highly sought after neighborhood to live.

Thank you,

Ryan Courtney
