Next week, Shenandoah Landscaping will be performing a street sweeping and parking lot clean-up in the community.

The work will be split between Tuesday, May 26th (Masterworks Drive, Scotch Haven Drive, and Kelly Square) and Wednesday, May 27 (Sutton Oaks Lane, Village Spring Lane, Motley Lane, Shawn Leigh Drive). A map showing this breakdown is attached as well.

The process involves using blowers to move sand and debris from curb areas and corners into the drive lane. A sweeper then collects the debris and loads it into a truck for proper disposal.

It is recommended that vehicles be moved, whenever possible, to allow for a more thorough cleaning. However, Shenandoah has noted they can work carefully around parked cars to clear curbs and parking spaces. If you have specific concerns about your vehicles, you may wish to move them while work is being performed on your street. We will temporarily suspend towing enforcement in visitor parking spaces on those days in order to accommodate keeping your vehicle parked in the community.
